Where the land ends and the day becomes a ritual.

A point of land between two waters. To the east, the Sea of Cortés, and with it the best sunrise. To the west, the estuary nature reserve and a sunset that looks unreal.

Here the architecture does not look in a single direction. The clubhouse opens through 360 degrees: to the sea, the estuary, the mountains and the sky. The villas look out over the water from the edge of the rock. The quiet spaces are made for the late afternoon, for when the light drops and the landscape turns copper.

Breakfast facing the sea, dinner as the sun goes down, or simply sinking into the pool while the horizon changes colour: at Punta del Mar the everyday becomes a ritual.

It is an almost surreal place, where the desert, the sea and the mangrove meet, and where time is measured by the light.
